Biological Time as a Key to Health and EvolutionEcological rhythms serve as the body’s
innate biological timekeepers.
Unlike physiological rhythms, which can vary, the period of an ecological rhythm is
genetically fixed and
remains constant. These rhythms help the body
orient itself in time—which is why it is essential to
synchronize them daily with the Earth’s circadian (ecological) rhythms.
While biological rhythms are
endogenous in nature and genetically regulated, their proper expression depends on environmental cues—
primary and secondary synchronization mechanisms.
A
lack of synchronization between the circadian rhythms of the Earth and the human body is one of the key causes of
pathological conditions, especially those resulting from
central nervous system dysregulation. These manifest as
desynchronosis,
affective psychoses (such as endogenous depression),
manic-depressive states,
anhedonia, and other mental disorders.
Such disruptions often lead to
reduced productivity and the worsening of
seasonal affective conditions.
Each year, an estimated
150 to 200 million people worldwide suffer from
major depression, and nearly two-thirds of these individuals experience
suicidal ideation, particularly during
spring and autumn.
The
central control hubs for circadian rhythms in the human body include:
- The retina
- The suprachiasmatic nuclei (SCN) of the hypothalamus
- The pineal gland (epiphysis)
- Other interconnected neuroendocrine brain structures
These regions rely on
precise synchronization with Earth’s circadian frequencies. Their
neurochemical signaling is finely tuned and sensitive to cosmic and environmental cycles.
Thousands of years ago,
Egyptian priests were well aware of the critical importance of maintaining this synchronization. Their solution? Daily
harmonization of external and internal rhythms using specialized tools—
the Caduceus of Horus.
Among the various
bio-rhythm classifications, three main frequency ranges are identified:
- Low-frequency rhythms (e.g., heart rate)
- Mid-frequency rhythms (e.g., EKG, EEG)
- High-frequency rhythms (subtle neuro-electrical activities)
- Low-frequency rhythms were synchronized using the Caduceus of Horus BJA and Caduceus of Horus KONT
- Mid- and high-frequency rhythms were aligned using Caduceus filled with quartz
Despite the health benefits, these practical reasons were
secondary for the priests and pharaohs.
The
primary objective behind synchronizing circadian rhythms was to:
- Attain controlled longevity
- Prepare the body for guided reincarnation
- Trigger a genetically programmed metamorphosis
This
metamorphosis elevated a person to a
higher stage in humanoid evolution, granting
divine abilities and the potential to
extend life for thousands of years, as needed to reach the
next stage of development.
Ancient texts—especially the Old Testament—preserve references to such
millennia-long lifespans, hinting at the transformational potential once known to the priestly elite.
