How Not To Build Pyramids
The Most Common Misconceptions
Over the past few years, I’ve received a large number of letters with questions about how to build a proper pyramid. The topic is undoubtedly important and popular, so there are many inquiries, all different in nature.
You can find dozens of websites online offering various pieces of advice, and it may seem like finding the right answer is just a matter of time. However, after personally exploring many of these sites, I’ve come to a disappointing conclusion — much of what is written about pyramids is, in fact, misleading.
What may seem like good intentions at first glance often lead the seeker in the wrong direction. Over time, interest in pyramids inevitably fades because the structures built according to the advice found online do not possess the stated or expected properties. As a result, this trend discredits the topic of pyramids altogether.
In the current state of affairs, this is inevitable because the world lacks a fundamental understanding of what a pyramid truly is, why they were built, what objectives they were meant to fulfill, and how they became tools for achieving those goals.
